Background
Roellya A Tyas—familiarly known as Roelly—has over two and a half decades of experience as a Psychologist and Human Capital Practitioner. With a focus on Assessment Centers, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Performance Management for the Ministry, she is also a Senior Associate at a global organizational consulting firm. Additionally, Roelly is active as a Training Consultant for several Corporate Universities and Non-Government Organizations. She currently resides in Jakarta and enjoys coaching students, communities, and corporates.
Experience
Roelly began her career as a competency assessor at BPI Bandung and PPM Jakarta before moving on to become a Trainer at the Ministry and Training Organizing Institution. Rising from a junior Associate to Senior Associate, she has led various assessment programs and activities. Her commitment to continuous improvement drove her to expand her skills in designing and implementing Assessment Center Programs along with Talent Development initiatives in public legal entities like BPJS. Additional roles include managing cultural internalization projects and corporate value initiatives, contributing to the development of a comprehensive learning ecosystem in a government department.
Education and Training
Roellya graduated from the Faculty of Psychology, Padjadjaran University, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2001. She furthered her studies at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia, specializing in Industry and Organization, and earned her Master's degree in 2004. In addition, she has obtained various certifications, including the Credential Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (2025), Loop Certified Corporate Coach (2022), L2 Points of You Indonesia (2001), and Certified Hypnotherapist (2024).
